Marriage License & Beach Permits:

• Beach Permits: All wedding events on the state beach will require a permit by the State of Hawaii. The fee is determined on group size. Please inquire for fee.

• Marriage License: A marriage license is required to be married in the State of Hawaii. The current license fee is a $70 cash fee. A valid ID is required.

•· We will coordinate all services    for your wedding ceremony and dinner reception. We will assist you with your marriage license appointment. A valid ID is required    and a $65 cash fee is paid direct to the license agent. Two on site coordinators will be present to organize your ceremony and    insure the set up of your dinner arrangements at the restaurant. Includes rehearsal and meeting with coordinator to discuss all your    ceremony details and confirming your dinner arrangements. Table set up based on your final guest count.

Please note, an 18% service fee will be charged by the restaurant for your ceremony rentals, set up, reception set up and food/beverage items.

*Only 10 cars are permitted at the ceremony site - to include all vendors and shuttle bus service. Your guests will be transported via mini bus service from the nearby restaurant to the site, then back to the restaurant.
